Synopsis

On her fiftieth birthday, Amita realizes that the phantom pains racking her body are the physical manifestations of a lifetime of unheard cries. Raised by grandparents after being discarded by her parents, she now finds herself in a marriage where she is a ghost in her own home, prompting a desperate journey toward spiritual and physical liberation.
